The Dreamfire Kamado Comfy Max is the kamado for large families, professional cooks and anyone who likes to host big grill parties. Its enormous cooking area (61 cm / 24″) gives you room to cook for a crowd without worry: 4 briskets, 6–8 pork shoulders, 3–4 whole chickens or one very large turkey at a time.

The Dreamfire Comfy Max is not a grill for people who cook two steaks on a Sunday and park the grill in a corner for a month. We would use it for bigger BBQ parties, several briskets or a large batch of pulled pork at once. With four half-moon grates and two deflectors you can smoke on one side and grill over direct heat on the other, without setting the whole grill up for a single cooking method.

• Two-level LUX cooking system — two levels, four heavy-duty stainless-steel half-moon grates, two ceramic half-moon deflector plates and handy handles for lifting the whole system. Grates and deflectors combine in dozens of configurations.
• Dreamfire Meatspotter 100 Bluetooth thermometer — the app alerts you when food is ready or when the grill’s temperature drifts from the setting. Monitor the cook from your phone, or read the large backlit display next to the grill.
• Wooden side tables with hooks — removable work surfaces for accessories; hang tongs, spatulas, gloves and more on the hooks.
• Extra-heavy stainless-steel grates — exceptionally thick grates that store heat much like cast iron, with a very long service life. Easy to clean, and they do not warp or melt.
• Stainless-steel top vent with rain cap — long handle with a heat-resistant tip; the rain cap keeps the inside dry so the grill can live outdoors all year round.
• Stainless-steel charcoal basket — lift it out, shake out ash and fines, put it back: perfect airflow and no ash layer smothering the fire.
