FAQ

Short answers to the questions we get before the first order. If yours isn’t here, write to orders@grilly.eu – the BBQ team answers on working days.

Which countries do you deliver to, and what does it cost?

We deliver to 25 EU countries with tracked home delivery. Estonia €3.60, Latvia and Lithuania €8.90, Finland €10.90, most of Western and Central Europe €12.90, and €17.90–22.90 for the rest. The full table is on the Delivery page and the exact price shows in your basket. We don’t ship to Cyprus, Malta or outside the EU yet.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1–2 working days from Tallinn and the courier needs 2–6 working days depending on the country. You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves us.

Can I return a rub or sauce?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving it – as long as the seal is unbroken. Opened food products can’t be returned for hygiene reasons; that’s an EU rule, not ours. Grills and tools can be returned unused in the original packaging. Details on the Returns page.

Do prices include VAT? Will the price change for my country?

All prices include VAT at the rate of your delivery country, and the price on the product page is the price you pay. It doesn’t move at checkout. The VAT amount is shown on your confirmation.

How much rub should I use?

A rough starting point is 1–2 tablespoons per 500 g of meat, applied evenly so you can still see the surface underneath. Thicker cuts and long cooks take more, chicken skin and fish take less. Let it sit 30 minutes before cooking, or overnight for large cuts. Every product page shows the heat level and what the rub is best for.

How long do rubs and sauces keep?

Unopened, until the best-before date printed on the pack. Once opened, keep rubs closed in a dry cupboard away from the grill’s heat – most stay good for months, though the aroma fades over time. Opened sauces and glazes belong in the fridge; the label tells you how long. If a rub has clumped, it has picked up moisture – it’s still safe, just break it up.

Do your products contain allergens or gluten?

Every product page lists the full ingredients and highlights allergens in capitals, exactly as on the packaging. Many rubs are gluten-free, some sauces contain soy or wheat. If the page says the ingredients are still being verified, or you have a serious allergy, write to us before ordering and we’ll check the physical label for you.

Are these the genuine products?

Yes. We buy from the brands or their official European importers, and the packaging, batch codes and best-before dates are the manufacturer’s own. If something on the pack looks different from what you know, send us a photo – we’d rather check than guess.

Can I order for a company, or as a restaurant?

Yes. Enter the company name at checkout; if you need a VAT invoice with your VAT number, reply to the confirmation email and we’ll issue one. For regular or larger quantities write to info@grilly.eu and we’ll talk about pricing.
