Payment methods

Pay the way you already do. Every method is processed by a licensed payment provider – we never see or store your card details.

Cards

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, debit or credit. Payments are processed by Stripe with 3-D Secure, so your bank may ask you to confirm the purchase in its app.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

If your device supports it, the express button appears in the basket and at checkout. Your saved card and address are used, and the order is confirmed with Face ID, Touch ID or your phone’s unlock.

PayPal

Choose PayPal at checkout and you will be sent to PayPal to log in and confirm. You can pay from your PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a card.

Prices, VAT and currency

All prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate of your delivery country. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay – it does not change at checkout. Your order confirmation shows the VAT amount separately; if you need a VAT invoice with your company details, enter the company name at checkout and reply to the confirmation email with your VAT number.

When is the payment taken?

At the moment you place the order. If we cannot fulfil part of it, we refund that part to the same payment method within a few working days. Refunds for returns follow the returns process.
