What it is

Kosmo’s Buffalo Wing seasoning rub is designed to replace Buffalo sauce — you finish the wings, dust them over, and eat without the mess of dipping in sauce. The flavour is proper Buffalo chicken wing: tangy, spicy and very good.

Although it’s meant to be used in place of sauce, we tried it before cooking and the flavour came out really well.
