What it is

Barbecoa is a well-known BBQ team from Belgium and multiple national champions. The team is also a regular contender for the title of best BBQ team in Europe. Team leader Tom Bertels produces sauces and rubs alongside the competition work. Base for Taste is a salt-based BBQ classic.
