A cracking rub inspired by Jamaican street food, built from traditional herbs, chilli and spices. Use it to make legendary jerk chicken, for a start.

GRILLY comments: Jerk chicken is the first thing that comes to mind, but those herbs and everything else have you thinking about pork and beef too — and fish, for that matter.
