What it is

Carolina BBQ sauce is an award-winning classic from Western Carolina. This tomato- and vinegar-based sauce combines bright acidity with a full, flavoursome character that pairs perfectly with pulled pork, ribs, chicken or brisket.

It’s pleasantly sharp and tangy — not sweet at all, and robustly tomatoey. Quite something… well, something genuinely good. Works on pretty much anything where you don’t want a cloying, overly sweet sauce.
