What it is
This rub is sweet-spicy, full-bodied and frankly addictive. Not too hot, but it brings enough kick to draw the best out of the meat. Genuinely special… well, specially good. Works on just about anything you want to give competition-grade BBQ character.
Shake The Squeal generously over ribs, pork or chicken pieces, let it sit for a while, then take them on a low and slow journey.
Particularly good for pulled pork, where the sugars and spices build a perfectly caramelised bark.
