Angus & Oink was founded by Scott and Malissa Fraser, whose rubs are rooted in grilling and street-food flavours gathered from around the world. Garlic Butter is one of the brand’s most popular rubs — bold, salty and pleasantly buttery without any heat. It works particularly well on chicken, turkey, seafood, fish, potatoes, corn and grilled vegetables. Use it as a dry rub before grilling or roasting, or shake it over chips, jacket potatoes, popcorn and pasta dishes. It also does the job on garlic bread, and stirred into mayonnaise or sour cream it makes a quick dipping sauce. According to the manufacturer, the rub is gluten-free and contains no added sugar.
