We ship to 25 EU countries with one delivery option: tracked home delivery to your door. No parcel lockers, no pick-up points – the courier brings it to you.

Delivery prices

Prices include VAT and are the same regardless of how much you order. The exact price for your country is shown in the basket before you pay.

We do not currently deliver to Cyprus or Malta, or outside the EU.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Tallinn within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 2–6 working days depending on the country. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Estonian public holidays.

You will get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is with the courier.

Grills, smokers and other large items

Kamados and larger grills travel on a pallet and are delivered to the kerbside, not carried inside. Before we dispatch, we will contact you to agree a delivery day and confirm the price for your address. If you have stairs, a narrow gate or other access questions, tell us in the order notes and we will sort it out first.

If something goes wrong

Check the parcel when it arrives. If the box is visibly damaged, note it with the courier or photograph it before opening. If a product arrived broken, leaking or missing, reply to your order confirmation email within a few days with a photo and we will send a replacement or a refund – you don’t need to return the damaged item first.
