Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel your order, no reason needed. Here is how it works.

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us within that time – an email to orders@grilly.eu with your order number is enough, or use the withdrawal form in our terms and conditions. Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

What can be returned

  • Rubs, sauces, marinades and other food products: only if the seal is unbroken. Once a jar, bottle or bag has been opened it cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons – this is a legal exception, not our choice.
  • Grills, smokers, tools and accessories: unused, complete and in the original packaging. You may inspect a product the way you would in a shop; if it has been assembled, used or is missing parts, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

Return shipping

You arrange and pay for the return shipping. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until the refund is through. For large items (kamados, grills on pallets) contact us first – we will tell you the practical way to send it back and what it is likely to cost.

Refund

We refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery cost to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof that you have sent it. If you kept part of the order, we refund the returned items; delivery is refunded only when the whole order comes back.

Faulty or wrong item

That is a different story and the 14 days do not apply. If a product is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, email us with a photo and your order number. We cover the return cost and send a replacement or refund. EU law gives you a two-year legal guarantee on every product; the manufacturer’s own warranty (for example on ceramic grills) may be longer and is listed on the product page.
