What it is

The Big Swede BBQ Badass Bird Boost rub will have you strutting like a rooster next time you grill or smoke chicken. It is a serious competition-class rub with sweet, salty, spicy and punchy flavours that takes any bird to the next level.

A proper chicken rub — not overly sweet at all — that does everything to boost the natural flavour of the bird itself.
