Butcher BBQ Original Pork Injection is a savoury, full-flavoured powdered pork injection marinade that helps keep meat juicy and flavourful during grilling and long low-and-slow cooks. Suitable for pork shoulder, pulled pork, pork tenderloin, chops, ham and ribs. Mix the powder with water or apple juice, then inject the prepared marinade evenly into the thicker parts of the meat.

We used Butcher’s injection as our competition injection five or six years ago. A second-place finish at the World Championship in the pork shoulder category came with exactly this.
