Grate Goods SPG Special Rub is a Texas-style BBQ rub with a salty, peppery and garlicky flavour profile, particularly well suited to beef. Grate Goods is a Dutch BBQ brand whose founders have been drawing knowledge and inspiration from American grill culture for over 25 years. The brand’s team, Dutch BBQ Crew, won the international Whole Hog Award in 2015 and, according to the manufacturer, became BBQ world champions. Grate Goods SPG Special Rub is more aromatic than a classic SPG and its flavour profile sits somewhere between mild and lightly spiced. This all-purpose rub works on brisket, beef ribs, steaks, burgers, pork, chicken and other grilled dishes. Grate Goods SPG Special Rub can be used as a dry rub for both high-heat grilling and low and slow smoking.
