Grilly Instant Thermometer

What it is

The Grilly Instant is a compact digital meat thermometer for quickly checking the core temperature of meat, fish and other food on the grill, in the oven or in the kitchen. The folding stainless-steel probe switches the thermometer on as you open it and folds back into the body after use.

The measuring range is –50 °C to +300 °C with a display resolution of 0.1 °C. Between 30 and 80 °C the accuracy is within ±0.3 °C — exactly the range that matters for judging doneness.

The large backlit display rotates automatically through 180°, so the reading is easy to see whichever hand you hold it in. HOLD locks the reading on the display so you can check it after pulling the probe out of the food.

The Grilly Instant is IP66 water-resistant, has a magnet built into the body and switches itself off after about two minutes of inactivity. Readings can be shown in Celsius or Fahrenheit. It runs on two AAA batteries.
