Southern Dutch All Time Classic is a mild, balanced and full-flavoured blend that complements the natural taste of your ingredients without making every dish taste the same. This BBQ rub suits chicken, pork, ribs, pulled pork, beef, burgers, fish, potatoes and grilled vegetables. We would pull out All Time Classic when several different ingredients are heading to the grill at once and opening a separate jar for each one is not worth the bother. We would use it on chicken, pork shoulder, vegetables and jacket potatoes. It is a friendly all-purpose seasoning — not the kind of rub that steamrolls everything into tasting the same.
