What it is
Byron, who has been a member of the BBQ Hall of Fame since 2023, made his name with Butt Rub — the first proper pitmaster-made rub to reach the shelves of major retail chains. Jubilee Seafood is exactly what the name says: it goes on anything that comes out of the sea.
