Its foundation is the classic Salt, Pepper & Garlic combination that has been inseparable from great beef for decades. It focuses on clean meat flavour and a strong umami effect. Salt lifts the flavour, while pepper, garlic and onion build a deeper, richer profile. The result is a powerful bark and a clear BBQ character with no added sugar.

This rub is made primarily for beef and works brilliantly on steaks, brisket and beef ribs. Use it the way you would salt and pepper – a little goes a surprisingly long way.
