Angus & Oink Ras El Hanout Kickin’ Harissa is a flavour-packed rub inspired by Moroccan and North African cuisine. Cumin, coriander, garlic and caraway build a warm, aromatic base, rounded out by the brightness of lemon, smoked paprika and a gentle heat from chilli.

The rub works particularly well with lamb, chicken, pork, beef and seafood. It also brings a rich depth to grilled vegetables, chickpeas, salads, flatbreads and egg dishes. Use it for kebabs, skewers, tagine, shakshuka or slow-cooked meat dishes.
