What it is

Angus & Oink Wing King Korean BBQ Sauce is a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce inspired by Korean flavours, made for chicken wings, crispy chicken and grilled meat. Angus & Oink Wing King combines bold sweetness, warm chilli heat and the salty, tangy flavour profile typical of Asian cuisine. The sauce works particularly well on chicken wings, chicken thighs, ribs, pork, burgers and grilled vegetables. Angus & Oink Wing King Korean BBQ Sauce can be used as a glaze in the final stage of grilling or smoking, poured over finished crispy chicken, or served as a dipping sauce. It also works inside wraps, rice dishes and Asian-style burgers. The producer recommends the sauce above all with crispy-cooked chicken and notes that the product contains alcohol.

GRILLY comments

We poured Wing King over hot, crispy chicken wings straight out of the cook and tossed them well. There is both sweetness and heat in there, so the result is anything but a flat sugar sauce. It also works a treat when the classic American BBQ sauce is starting to feel a little tired on your wings.
