What it is

Barbecoa is a well-known BBQ team from Belgium and multiple national champions. The team is also a regular contender for the title of best BBQ team in Europe. Team leader Tom Bertels produces sauces and rubs alongside the competition work. Their burger sauce is a long way from the stuff you usually find on a supermarket shelf. Marko, a MasterChef contestant and serious burger authority who has made burgers in our videos, tried it and summed it up like this: it’s pretty close to what I make myself.
