BBQ Entertainment Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce 280 g

What it is

The Ultimate BBQ Sauce with Raspberry & Chipotle is a BBQ sauce with a berry, sweet, smoky and moderately spicy flavour. The Ultimate Sauce range was developed from recipes by BBQ Entertainment pitmaster Enn Tobreluts and produced to order. Raspberry gives the sauce a gentle sweetness and fresh berry character, while chipotle adds a smoky flavour and a medium chilli kick. The sauce has a beautiful sheen, making it well suited to glazing meat on the grill or in the oven.

This BBQ sauce with raspberry and chipotle works well on pork ribs, pulled pork, chicken, burgers and other meat dishes. You can also use it in a marinade when you want to combine berry sweetness, smokiness and moderate heat. It also makes a great dipping sauce alongside baked potatoes and various snacks.

GRILLY Comments

We would reach for this sauce first on pork ribs, a pulled pork burger or grilled chicken. The raspberry gives a slightly fresher, fruitier result than your typical BBQ sauce, and the chipotle adds a pleasant smoky kick. Because the sauce is sweet, we would apply it only in the final stage of cooking.
