Big Cock Ranch AW Shit 256 g

What it is

AW Shit Hot n’ Spicy Seasoning is an all-purpose BBQ rub with a fiery, peppery, garlicky and lightly sweet flavour. AW Shit is part of Big Cock Ranch’s Special Shit Seasonings range, which started out as Dani’s homemade rub and grew, by popular demand, into a full lineup of rubs and sauces. AW Shit brings together Mexican and Cajun flavours; the heat comes from cayenne pepper, ancho chilli and chilli powder. Paprika, garlic, onion and a small amount of sugar round out the blend into a fuller BBQ flavour that is about more than just heat. In our view, AW Shit Seasoning works brilliantly on chicken wings, pork ribs, burgers, beef, prawns, chips and grilled vegetables. Use it as a rub before grilling or smoking, or sprinkle a smaller amount over finished food as a spicy finishing layer.

GRILLY comments

Our first move with AW Shit would be chicken wings, burgers or pork ribs. The cayenne and ancho deliver a proper kick, so there is no need to empty the whole jar onto the meat first time round. If not everyone at the table is into heat, season only part of the meat with AW Shit, or blend it with a milder BBQ rub.
