Our first move with AW Shit would be chicken wings, burgers or pork ribs. The cayenne and ancho deliver a proper kick, so there is no need to empty the whole jar onto the meat first time round. If not everyone at the table is into heat, season only part of the meat with AW Shit, or blend it with a milder BBQ rub.
