Blues Hog All In BBQ rub is an all-purpose dry rub suited to grilling, smoking and everyday cooking alike. Blues Hog is one of the most recognised names in American competition BBQ — the brand’s driving force, Tim Scheer, has collected over 35 Grand Champion titles and won the overall and whole hog categories at Memphis in May in 2022. Blues Hog All In delivers a bold, savoury-spicy flavour profile with a gentle kick, where natural herbs meet well-seasoned spices. This BBQ rub works on chicken, beef, burgers, pork, vegetables, potatoes, eggs and tacos. Use Blues Hog All In as a dry rub before grilling or low and slow smoking, stir it into a marinade, or shake it over finished sides — even popcorn. Blues Hog All In is gluten-free and, according to the manufacturer, contains no added flavour enhancer MSG.

This is the jar you reach for when you can’t be bothered hunting down a separate rub for every dish. We’d use it particularly on burger patties, chicken thighs and roast potatoes, because the herby-spicy profile doesn’t bulldoze the main ingredient. Don’t expect serious heat — All In is more about satisfying flavour and a mild kick than anything fiery.
