Fire & Smoke Society Original BBQ Sauce is a classic American-style BBQ sauce with a tangy, moderately sweet and lightly spicy flavour. Fire & Smoke Society started out in 2019 in Little Rock, Arkansas, producing bold-flavoured BBQ sauces and rubs for home grilling. Original BBQ Sauce works particularly well on pork ribs, pulled pork, smoked pork shoulder, chicken, beef and burgers. Fire & Smoke Society Original BBQ Sauce balances the flavour of fattier cuts and suits both low and slow smoked meat and quick grilling. The sauce can be used as a glaze in the final stage of cooking, served alongside finished meat, or used inside burgers, wraps and meat sandwiches. The manufacturer recommends applying the sauce to the meat during the last 10 to 15 minutes of grilling or oven cooking.
