Grate Goods Mississippi Style Comeback BBQ Sauce is a fresh, creamy and sweet-spicy sauce inspired by the famous comeback sauce of Mississippi. Grate Goods is a Dutch BBQ brand whose team, Dutch BBQ Crew, won the international Whole Hog Award in 2015 and, according to the producer, became world BBQ champions. Grate Goods Mississippi Style Comeback BBQ Sauce has a moderate heat with a gentle peppery kick in the finish. The sauce works well with burgers, fish, prawns, chicken, pork and potatoes. It can be used as a dipping sauce, a salad dressing, or inside burgers, wraps and meat sandwiches. The producer also uses it to finish a Reuben sandwich.

Our first move would be to put this next to a smash burger, prawns or crispy chicken. The fresh, lightly spicy flavour also pairs well with a pulled pork burger, especially when a classic sweet BBQ sauce feels a bit heavy. Alongside chips, this sauce tends to disappear from the bowl rather quickly.
