Killer Hogs have been making rubs and sauces for a very long time, and they remain a staple in many competition teams’ kits. Hot Sauce is, as the name suggests, hot — not in the sense of the bottle sitting on a warm shelf, but in the sense of what happens in your mouth afterwards. That said, it is not as brutal as you might fear: peppers and garlic have been added to a paprika purée base to make something genuinely flavourful that you can actually take a proper mouthful of without setting your face on fire.
