SunCity BBQ is a Hungarian competition BBQ team that has won four Grand Champion titles at domestic and international KCBS events using their own developed rubs. Texas Rub has a coarser, peppery texture and a lightly sweet flavour that pairs well with the classics of American BBQ. SunCity BBQ Texas Rub suits beef, pork and chicken — including brisket, beef ribs, steaks, burgers, pork ribs and chicken thighs. The rub works both at high-heat grilling and low and slow smoking.
