SunCity BBQ Salt & Pepper Rub is a versatile all-purpose BBQ rub with a simple, boldly salty and peppery flavour profile that lets the meat speak for itself. SunCity BBQ is a Hungarian competition BBQ team that has won four Grand Champion titles at domestic and international KCBS competitions using their own rubs. Salt & Pepper Rub works particularly well on chicken, but can also be used to season brisket, beef ribs, steaks, burgers and pork. SunCity BBQ Salt & Pepper Rub performs equally well at high-heat grilling and low and slow smoking. The coarser, peppery texture helps build a classic Texas BBQ-style bark on larger cuts of meat. According to the manufacturer, this rub’s flavour really shines in grills and smokers with high airflow.
