What it is

Tuffy Stone has been around in the BBQ world for a very long time. He spent most of his BBQ career competing, racking up every world championship title there is to win. He competed alongside his father throughout, but after his father passed away, Tuffy stepped back from active competition. He turned instead to teaching the art of BBQ — both in person and through his YouTube channel. Tuffy is often called the Professor, because he has a talent for making seemingly simple things extraordinarily complicated and obsessing over every last detail. That said, one look at his competition record and it’s hard to argue there isn’t good reason for that level of scrutiny.

Tuffy released a new range of rubs and sauces this year. Spicy is exactly what the name suggests — it will set your mouth on fire. This is the hot version of his original sauce.
