Our first move with Sweet and Savory would be ribs, pulled pork and chicken thighs. There is enough sweetness to give you a proper BBQ character, but the gentle spice keeps everything in balance. With the bigger jar, you also stop having to peer into the bottom of the tin wondering whether there is enough left for the next rack of ribs.
