Angus & Oink Sriracha is a rub inspired by the sriracha flavour well known from Thai cuisine — sharp, tangy and distinctly garlicky. At its core is a red chilli base supported by a strong garlic note and an umami-rich finish, creating a profile that is at once punchy and full-bodied.
