Angus & Oink Korean is a rub inspired by Korean cuisine and its balanced flavour combinations. It brings together a sweet, salty and lightly spicy profile, underpinned by a deeper umami base that gives dishes a clear Asian direction.

The blend is designed primarily for grilling, where the flavours open up and caramelise in the heat. The result is a juicy, flavour-packed and slightly sticky finish that works particularly well on chicken, pork and beef, as well as vegetables.
