What it is
Potato Slayer is a rub that proves vegetables deserve serious seasoning. It is salty, herby and full-bodied in character — built primarily for potatoes, but equally capable with other vegetables.
The blend works beautifully on baked potatoes, chips, pan-fried potatoes and grilled vegetables. Under heat it draws out the natural flavour of the ingredients and creates a pleasant, lightly crisp finish that turns a simple side dish into a dish in its own right.
