Turnpike Prime Churrasco Seasoning is a churrasco-style BBQ seasoning for grilling beef and achieving a strong, authentic grill flavour. Turnpike Barbecue started out as a BBQ competition team and develops rubs, sauces and accessories for grilling and outdoor cooking in the Netherlands. Turnpike Prime Churrasco Seasoning is particularly well suited to picanha, entrecôte, ribeye steak, beef skewers and other cuts cooked over high direct heat. This BBQ seasoning can be used as a dry rub or mixed with a little oil to make a marinade. For churrasco-style grilling, Turnpike Prime Churrasco Seasoning complements the natural flavour of the beef without requiring multiple different rubs. The compact 235 g pack is a good fit for the home griller and for trying out the various Turnpike seasonings.

We would reach for this one first on picanha, entrecôte or beef skewers. With churrasco, there is no need to bury the flavour of the meat under ten different layers, so apply the rub evenly but with a measured hand. High heat, a proper sear and a few minutes of rest after cooking — there is really not much more to think about.
